About Congo, the Democratic Republic of the
WEC has a long, rich history in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where CT Studd began the mission in 1913.
More recently WEC has started a new work, focussing on radical discipleship and mobilising for mission in partnership with the CECCA 16 Church.
Our primary, but not exclusive, focus is among young people. We want to see a new generation rising up in Congo, with a passion for Jesus, a passion for God’s word and a passion for mission.
We're currently a small team actively recruiting for long-term local and international workers to join us in realising this vision.
