Office Administrator in France

Provide secretarial support for the team of WEC France Directors. Handle all incoming initial enquiries for WEC’s AEM France office (digital and paper), and pass on contacts to appropriate team members to do follow-up meetings and interviews, etc.

You will correspond with supporters and associate members, take minutes of meetings, do administrative correspondence and record keeping.

You will help to organize the AEM’s archives and library, and maintain office equipment and supplies. Collate news of WEC's French missionaries, and send out regular prayer updates to our network of prayer groups and intercessors.

Qualities & Gifts Sought

You have a passionate heart to raise interest in mission work across France. You have good organisational and administrative skills.

You have fluent French and also functional English. This could be a part-time role for a local French Christian.

WEC's ministry in France is wide-ranging and involves both sending and receiving Christian workers. WEC partners with evangelical churches in France to send workers to minister cross-culturally all over the world, but France is also a country where many do not know what it means to have a living faith in Jesus Christ.
