Engage in policy review, be responsible for developing and implementing personnel policies, support office managers and project managers to recruit, equip and manage staff.
Qualities & Gifts Sought
Tertiary qualifications in HR Management or similar; experience in planning and executing HR projects; high level interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. Experience of living and working in developing countries would be useful.
