Our partner has already got started in over 3000 villages, and wants to bring training, equipment and a reliable supply network, and will be available to mentor and guide the projects.

The community is wide open to this approach, and you will be working alongside local Christians and blessing them too.

The team's long term goal is to support church planting ministry in the Turkic-speaking peoples in the Caucasus region.

Qualities & Gifts Sought

You are fluent in English and Russian or Turkish is advantageous.

You love to share Jesus and disciple believers.

Bible training and some knowledge of Islam or Orthodox Christianity would be beneficial.

No business qualification is required, but bring what you know and learn together how to serve each community.

About Central Asia

WEC is involved in serving communities throughout Central Asia.

We are working in a variety of roles, alongside other Christian agencies, and with the local church where it exists. Our desire is to see the peoples of this region come to faith in Jesus, gathered into communities of believers, and discipled so that they can disciple others.

WEC’s diverse ministry in Central Asia includes missional business, education, English teaching, medical care and development work.

We cannot give details online about the countries, situations and opportunities we have found where you can serve in Central Asia, but we will be able to tell you more when you meet us face to face.
