    Paul Lapworth

UK Deputy Director and Head of Ministries

Paul is motivated by the transformation knowing Jesus brings to each of us as individuals, families, organisations and communities. He currently lives in Coventry in the WEC UK HQ, but is still more at home in Africa where he has spent over half of his life. Mission for Paul is about God fulfilling his plan in us as well as in those he calls us to reach. It’s about crossing frontiers, from faith to non-faith and involves speaking about the gospel of Jesus, living in a kingdom way and just being in the presence of God and others. Paul is married to Ruth and has three children. He enjoys family movie nights, good food, reading, exercise, DIY and talking about life, theology and organisational leadership.
