Communications Director in France

Develop the content of our national WEC website, commissioning articles and announcements, sourcing information, images and videos, and directing our social media advertising.

Initiate and commission the production and printing of publicity material which accurately and effectively represent WEC’s ethos and passion, and help to recruit and draw support for WEC projects around the world.

Collaborate with the magazine editorial team, to help guide and direct the content and focus of our French bi-monthly magazine and prayer bulletin. 

From our Alsace headquarters, oversee the work of volunteer translators and proofreaders working on these materials and articles, or work remotely.

Qualities & Gifts Sought

You have experience in design and communications, both digital and in print.

Good team-building and interpersonal skills. You are a mother-tongue French speaker.

WEC's ministry in France is wide-ranging and involves both sending and receiving Christian workers. WEC partners with evangelical churches in France to send workers to minister cross-culturally all over the world, but France is also a country where many do not know what it means to have a living faith in Jesus Christ.

Church planting teams are working amongst indigenous French, Basque and immigrant communities across France.
