Finance Director or Chartered Accountant in Central Asia

Maintain and develop strong and transparent financial management systems in line with global best practices and the company's values.
Develop and maintain strong systems of financial controls; support financial systems for projects and offices; direct the team in preparing budgets and writing grant applications; ensure good stewardship of resources; operate bank accounts; supervise recording of financial transactions; ensure books are properly maintained; work with external auditors.
Qualities & Gifts Sought
Chartered Accountant/CPAAn or equivalent academic degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
Some experience as Finance Director or Chief Finance Officer, able to lead and manage a small team. Proficient in written and spoken English. Able to prioritise and perform well under pressure.
You have cross-cultural communication skills, able to live and work in a very different cultural context than your own.
