Qualities & Gifts Sought
You are a native German speaker with an appropriate teaching qualification; or you are willing to work towards such if staying over a year.
You are willing to spend time building relationships with local residents across all ethnicities, in order to learn a challenging Slavic language (three dialects are used by the local community).
You will need to be willing to apply creativity, flexibility and patience, as you work within a challenging, sensitive community, holding hurts, bitterness and resentments.
