Mission Mobiliser of Africans
WEC's ACTS13 branch has been formed to prepare and recruit African workers for cross-cultural ministry to the unreached around the world.
We do this by casting the vision of mission across the whole of Sub-saharan Africa and by providing cross-cultural training for those preparing to go where God sends them.
ACTS13's vision is to partner with African churches. Join us to work alongside national churches and like minded mission agencies to encourage and enable them to send out their workers to sow, to plant and to reap in His harvest.
As an ACTS13 mobiliser you will take time to build relationships with African leaders of churches and mission agencies, raising their mission awareness, sharing with them the vision of WEC around the world, and helping leaders to identify, train and recruit workers whom God may be calling to reach the unreached.
Our mobilisers promote and organize prayer for the unreached people groups of the world, in conjunction with the local ACTS13 teams, like-minded mission agencies and churches.

WEC in Ghana
WEC has been working in Ghana since 1940, sharing the Good News and helping to establish the church, especially among the unreached peoples of the North. This passion for the lost continues to this day as WEC Ghana continues works to see vibrant, multiplying churches established and communities transformed by God’s power among the unreached peoples of northern Ghana.
WEC Ghana is seeking to share the love of Christ by using a holistic approach. Currently the work is based in the three regional capitals of northern Ghana at Tamale in the Northern Region, Wa in the Upper West Region and Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region.
Our projects include:
Church planting
WEC is working in partnership with the Evangelical Church of Ghana to start churches in places where currently there are no churches and especially among the unreached peoples of Ghana.
Educational projects
A particular felt need among the communities of northern Ghana is for good quality education that will give young people better opportunities for employment. Educational projects therefore are a key feature of WEC’s holistic approach to mission in Ghana.
Guest house
WEC has a mission house in Accra, the capital city of Accra. The Accra mission house offers self-catering accommodation to WEC members and other visitors travelling in and out of Ghana.
