Musical Storyteller in Senegal

This team in North-east Senegal are pioneering church planting among the semi-nomadic Fulani people, and have a vision to use music and song to introduce Biblical stories to this Muslim people who love music.

You could learn their traditional instruments (like tambin, hoddu, riti, shakers or drums) and their cultural storytelling style, while also teaching singing, to bring hope and introduce Jesus to the community.

Qualities & Gifts Sought

You enjoy playing several instruments, you love singing, acting or storytelling. You love to experiment and take initiatives, and to train others.

You will need French fluency to B2 level, and willingness to learn the local language.
