Trainer of School Teachers in Southeast Asia
Do you have a heart to train local children’s workers? This opportunity would cover training pre-school teachers and sunday school teachers.
Most local teachers here have had only minimal training. Help them to understand educational principles, and enable them to teach both creatively and more effectively.
We long to see more children’s ministries as part of our outreach and church-planting strategy in this region.
Qualities & Gifts Sought
You have experience working with children and are able to train others effectively and creatively.
You adjust to and understand cultural differences, as they affect the teachers' experience of training, and you adapt your knowledge and methods appropriately.
Opportunity will be provided for you to learn the national language.
