Crossing Cultures Internship Programme

Do you want to grow in sharing Jesus across cultures? Join WEC for six months of cross-cultural training in the UK!

Through Biblical training, hands-on experience and mentoring from experienced missionaries, WEC’s Crossing Cultures Internship Programme will help you grow in the skills, character and confidence you need to share Jesus with least-reached communities in the UK.

Through the In-Person Internship Programme, you’ll:

• Get hands-on experience sharing Jesus across cultures, amongst immigrant communities in South London, Birmingham and Manchester.
• Grow in your love of Jesus and your understanding of cross-cultural ministry through regular teaching and training.
• Develop your skills and character with mentoring and support from experienced WEC missionaries. Every month, you will spend: 3 weeks with a host family, working alongside a cross-cultural ministry team and as part of a local church
• 1 week in the Midlands, developing Bible and ministry skills through training and mentoring

Committed Christians aged 18–24, with a right to live and work in the UK
