International IT Solutions Developer
WEC's international IT ministry is needing to further research, evaluate, learn, plan and implement IT solutions to WEC International's IT-related problems and needs. You will bring the ability to implement solution is less important than researching and bringing a potential solution.
We value teamwork, partnership and cooperation, but international time zone differences and varied work hours and schedules restrict close collaboration with other IT colleagues, therefore you will need to be happy working mostly independently, with accountability.
Qualities & Gifts Sought
You will confidently approach all IT problems and plan strategies to solve them. You have good general understanding of networking, server software.
You bring experience of in-house and cloud-based technologies like: Linux, KVM, LAMP stack, MS Office365, MS Azure; and of programming in PHP, Python, SQL, PowerShell or similar web technologies.
