I’ve been in Senegal for five years, serving WEC Senegal in the areas of finance, administration and leadership. I love being able to use my gifts to release others to be on the front line in mission. In particular, I'm trying to make the team’s work easier by streamlining some of our processes, and by documenting how to carry out key tasks. It’s not easy to juggle lots of different roles and be mum to three children at the same time, but there are always people around me who can help when I get stuck with something.
