My Life Change

28th Sep.   1 minute read

I first encountered WEC while on a summer short term mission to southeast Asia. I've now been living there for nearly three years! I live and work amongst the world's largest unreached people group, and train indigenous Christians as cross-cultural missionaries to the tribes all around them.

The best thing about my role is investing in locally-grown evangelists and church-planters who will have a tremendous long-term ministry amongst some of the world's hardest to reach tribes, something I, as a Westerner, just couldn’t do.

The orientation training was really valuable. It was fantastic to meet so many others who were going to serve as missionaries all over the world!

Find out more about our Training ministry

WEC is committed to training its members providing them with the skills they need for ministry. Many WEC members are themselves committed to training others, helping indigenous Christians become missionaries to their own people.

We also encourage the UK Church to host courses such as MomentumYes.

Could you use your skills to train Christians overseas to reach their communities for Jesus?
